A New Semester

It has been a long week, but I finally started the second semester of my senior year! My only new classes are AP Calculus and Physics, but I have a feeling it's going to be a busy semester. Friday, we had a pep rally that I helped to plan. We had a student/faculty basketball game and Principal Blake let a student pie him in the face with a whip cream pie! I think it went pretty well. Then last night, the Student Council sponsored a dance. I got some of my friends to go with me, so it was pretty fun!

It's Now 2010!!!

Christmas was really good. I got way cute boots, a nice straigtener, a new blow dryer, some cute clothes, and some pretty jewelry! I also got to visit with family. I got to hold my cousin's baby, who is really cute.

New Years I had a couple friends over and we stayed up waaaaaaay too late! We played guitar hero and watched Fox News' coverage of Times Square. Jan 1 we slept in, watched parts of Lord of the Rings Movies, and ate lunch at Chick-Fil-A. It was pretty fun.

Now, Christmas break is over. **Sigh.** We started back to school this past Monday. It's been a pretty good week, but now I have to get ready for exams. I have my Studio Production exam Tuesday, and my Forensic Science and Troubadour exams Thursday. Luckily, Thursday is a half day, Friday is a teacher work day, and the following Monday is MLK day, so we have no school! Seminary was canceled yesterday because of the possibility of snow or ice Thursday night, which was kind of nice, even though we didn't get any snow.

I am so tired. We went to see Avatar today, and the visual effects were really cool, but it was too long. I did get my homework done today, though, which is good.

Anyway, happy 2010! I graduate high school and start college this year! It'll be an exciting year!
